√	To accompany and facilitate the increasing macro-level regulation process occurring within the European Banking and Financial Services Market;
√	To identify and recognize a shared competence framework and transparent quality accreditation of training providers working for the FSS;
√	To build a comprehensive, transparent and self-sustaining system for the certification of employees’ competences and for the accreditation of training providers and training providers related to the FSS;
√	To carry out a carefully designed validation process, through pilot experiences and the ongoing involvement on the research and dissemination activities of other Members of EBTN;
√	To extend the range and scope of the sector-based certification and accreditation system by creating a wide and active community of practice in certification and accreditation for FSS in EU;
