Taking into account the EU strategies and recommendations for Lifelong Learning and VET, the growing integration of the EU banking and financial services market and the common need for a valid certification system, the CERTIFIED project aims at:

New Certification of competencies system and Accreditation of training providers and training courses  in the European FSS;

European Certificate for Expert Employees and Middle Managers in FSS;

Upgrading and enlargement of the existing EFCB - European Foundation Certificate in Banking - certification to uniform foundation banking qualifications within Europe created by EBTN in 2004 with more than 3100 certificates issued;
